About Box 15
To tell you about the Box 15 Club, the Central Ohio Fire Buff group, first requires an explanation of what a “fire buff” is.
In the literal definition, a “fire buff” is someone who has an intense interest in one or more aspects of the fire service. Whether it is the history, tactics or the communications of fire fighting. Or whether the interest lies in equipment or innovation. This is a serious hobby that these people pursue with a passion.
Imagine all these people, these fire buffs, with such diverse interests and backgrounds, all united in deep appreciation for, and support of the personnel of the fire service. Those firefighters, are our best defense against a savage, mindless enemy that destroys hundreds of lives and millions of dollars in property, annually.
